    BetterBangladesh respects the intellectual property of others and requires that users of our Services do the same. We have a policy that includes the removal of any infringing material from the Services and for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users of our Services who are repeat infringers. We intend to keep its environment as such, to ensure a civilized, safe space on our platform. Therefore, we require our users to adhere to a few common basic rules. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

    Your Access to the Services
    • Age Restriction:No one under the age of 16 is allowed to use or access the Services. Some additional Services may require a higher age limit, so please carefully review all notices and Additional Terms when accessing the Services.

      • Install and use a copy of our mobile application associated with the Services, obtained from a legitimate marketplace, on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.
      • Access and use the Services.
    • Restrictions:Except where restricted by applicable law or permitted under any Additional Terms, you may not, without our written agreement:
      • License, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or Content.
      • Modify, prepare derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services or Content.
      • Access the Services or Content to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service.
    • Service Changes:Better Bangladesh is continuously improving the Services, which may involve adding or removing features, products, or functionalities. We will try to notify you in advance, but this may not always be possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. Any future release, update, or other addition to the functionality of the Services will be subject to these Terms, which may be updated periodically. You agree that Better Bangladesh will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Services.
    Your Account and Account Security
    • Account Creation:To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account (an “Account”) and provide us with a username, password, and other necessary information as described in the Privacy Policy.
    • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the information associated with your Account and for any activities that occur related to your Account. You must maintain the security of your Account and immediately notify Better Bangladesh if you discover or suspect unauthorized access. We recommend using a strong password that is unique to your Account.
    • Account Transfer:You may not license, sell, or transfer your Account without our prior approval.
    Content Ownership and Licensing
    • User-Generated Content:By submitting content to Better Bangladesh, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content as necessary to fulfill the platform's mission.
    • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Better Bangladesh and/or its licensors.
